Leadership SpeakerShare your story, advice, and how you have used our core values of grit, connectivity, advocacy, perseverance, and confidence in your life.Volunteer Event & College Visit ChaperoneHelp drive and chaperone monthly events that are of interest and work with your availability. Volunteers should chaperone at least two events a semester.College MentorParticipate in a 1-1 match with a high school junior during the spring semester. Assist assigned student with college application process until high school graduation. Attend mentor training and commit to once a month meetings with your student. |

About us | We empower first-generation college graduates who will become the diverse leaders that change the world. During the 2017-2018 school year, LIT will empower 140+ students in Cohorts 1 - 6 from high school freshman to college juniors. From the community, for the community: we are collectively empowering east Las Vegas first-generation college graduates and future Nevada leaders. |
